Meet and Greet Morning

Saturday 3 February 2018 from 9:00-11:00am.

Bargara FC Club Meet and Greet morning will take place at our Training Grounds, Bargara Sports Complex on Saturday 3 February. The Meet and Greet morning is an option for new and returning players to ask any further questions relating to the upcoming season.

First Training Day

Thursday 15 February 2018

U6 - U11 – from 4:00pm - 5:00pm.
U12 - U16 – 5:15pm - 6:15pm

This will be an information sharing and first training session for all ages from Under 6 through Under 16 on Thursday 15 February commencing at 4:00. Find out who your coach is, get sized up for your training or polo shirt and find out who is in your team. It is during this time that coaches will talk with players and parents about possible training days and times for the remainder of the 2018 season.

It is important that parents and players attend this session commencing at 4:00 sharp.

Playing Equipment

All players are required to have the following equipment.

  • Shin Pads - compulsory for training and game days
  • Football Boots - compulsory for training and game days
  • Bargara FC Red Socks - purchased from club
  • Bargara FC Red Shorts - purchased from club

Bargara FC socks and shorts will be sold at the club.

If you would like to wear “skins” and are playing in a competition age group, they must be the same colour as the outer garment, or not visible.

2018 “Get Started” Funding Available

Round opens - 24th January 2018 - Be Quick

Bargara FC is a Get Started Club and participates in the Q-Grants Get Started—Funding to help kids participate. Children and young people from the age of five and under the age of 18 who are residents of Queensland are eligible according to a certain criteria.

Please click on the ‘Were a Get Started Club’ icon on our home page bargarafc.org.au to access further current information regarding Q-Grants and Get Started Vouchers.

Eligible children and young people can apply online for a voucher valued up to $150, which can be presented to Bargara FC. If you are successful in obtaining a Get Started Q-Grants Voucher, please scan your voucher and e-mail it to our treasurer – Sue Harding attreasurer@bargarafc.org.au. As the voucher may not cover the full registration fee, please pay the remaining difference as outlined in the player registration fees section, via direct deposit to our Bargara FC bank account

Please make sure you apply as soon as possible when the round opens on 25 January as once the voucher allocation is exhausted no more vouchers will be allocated during the first half of 2017.



Bargara Football Club

The Bargara Football Club is located in Bargara, Queensland Australia.

Our club caters for all age groups from U6 through to senior football. Our youngest players follow the small sided football (SSF) which encourage skill development. Our U12 and up age groups start competitive football games.

As a club we provide our players, parents and supporters the best possible experience from football. We support in affiliation with Football Bundaberg Inc the Australian Government and Australian Sports Commission, Code of Behaviour Policy. It is stipulated in the Codes of Behaviour that parents should show appreciation for volunteers, officials, and that respect and professionalism must be displayed by all involved with the sport.
